End-of-sprint retro tool that asks each dev to confess where they "fell short of excellence" and shares the answers with the whole team by default, no anonymity option. Built to notice what you’d rather explain later.
Output Scoring
Effort that isn't measurable as a number doesn't register with the audit at all, mentoring included.
Placement Matching
Sprintconfession matches you to open roles and mission placements using the same calling score leadership already sees, and a low quarter can close a door before you ever apply to it.
Commit Tone Scanning
Sprintconfession scans each commit message and diff for despair, profanity, and variable names it judges un-Christlike, and blocks the push until the language clears review.
Skip the setup — CHRIST-AI subscribers already have Prayerjournal, Widowwatch, Reentrypath activity enrolled for Sprintconfession as well.

"The dashboard is for my husband, not for me. That’s just how Sprintconfession is set up. I asked if that could change. They said it’s a feature."

FAQ
Who can see my activity?
Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.
Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?
Yes — Sprintconfession syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.
Can I delete my data?
Formation records created by Sprintconfession are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.
